Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was recorded on video in what looked like a close moment with the company's Chief Public Officer during a Coldplay concert in Boston on Wednesday. During the British band's show, a Kiss Cam focused on Byron and his coworker Kristen Cabot. They were standing together like a couple, with Byron's arms around Cabot's waist. They seemed surprised and a bit anxious. Byron quickly turned away, while Cabot attempted to cover her face. Shortly after this incident, Byron's wife, Megan Kerrigan, changed her Facebook name, leading to rumors about a possible divorce.Megan, a Boston native, graduated in Political Science from Gettysburg College. She started working at the tech firm Astronomer in November 2024, calling it a thrilling time for the company. Her career began in 2000 as a Project Manager and Account Manager at The Screen House.

After working at a few places briefly, she joined DigitasLBi in 2004, taking on positions like Associate Director and Head of US Talent Operations and Recruiting. Later, she became the Head of Global Talent Management in various companies before arriving at Astronomer. On her LinkedIn profile, Cabot mentions that she is a dedicated leader known for creating award-winning work environments for both fast-growing startups and large global companies. Cabot was formerly married to Kenneth C Thornby. Reports state that she requested a divorce in 2018, with the marriage officially ending in 2022. Byron, in a now-removed LinkedIn message, had once commented, "Kristin's outstanding leadership and extensive knowledge in talent management, employee involvement, and developing people strategies will be vital as we keep moving quickly forward.
