Make delicious baby smoothies for your little one. Your baby will love and approve these delicious smoothies, leaving you as a parent with happiness and contentment.

Blasting Banana Smoothie
Serves: 4
Bananas: 2
Semi-skimmed milk: 225ml
Water: 4 tablespoons
Honey: 2 tablespoons
•Combine bananas and milk in a blender. After bananas are chopped, pour in water and add honey. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Go Green Smoothie
Serves: 2
Banana: 1 sliced
Green grapes: 150g
Vanilla yoghurt: 200g
Apple: ½, cored and chopped
Fresh spinach leaves: 50g
•Combine banana, yoghurt, apple, grapes and spinach into a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth. Stopping intermittently and mix. Serve immediately.

Fruit Punch Smoothie
Serves: 4
Blueberries: 150g
Apples: 2 peeled, cored and chopped
Raspberries: 200g
Seedless grapes: 100g
Sugar: 3 tablespoons
Ice cubes: 1 tray
•Combine blueberries, raspberries, grapes, apples, sugar and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
