“PLAYBOY” Hugh Hefner dies at 91

Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy Magazine has died at the age of 91 in his mansion at Los Angeles.

Playboy Magazine first issue was published in 1953 when Hugh was 27 years old. He has founded this magazine with $600.This multimillion-dollar Empire that included TV Shows, a jazz festival and Playboy clubs.

He was born in Chicago on April 9, 1926. He was born in a very strict Methodist family. He was eldest of his two brothers. He worked as a copy writer at Esquire before he started his own publication.

The first copy of Playboy has a cover photo of Marilyn Monroe. Playboy magazine was an instant success with sales of over 50,000 copies.

Hugh Hefner’s wife Crystal Harris, 31, will not inherit anything due to the prenuptial signed before their wedding. The couple shared and an age gap of 60 years they tied the knot in 2012 at Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.

His fortune of $43 million will be divided among his four children, University of Southern California and charities.
