Boston police has informed that a man was shot many times and killed in an apparent domestic incident on Friday afternoon in Boston. Police responded to the area of 17 Doone Avenue in Mattapan just before 3:30 p.m. Neighbors had reported after hearing a series of gunshots.
When the police arrived at the spot they found a man lying on the ground, is suffering from several gunshots. The victim was expected to be at his age of 40. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Boston police Commissioner William Evans said, "It's a very residential street with not a lot of traffic, We have our officers going door-to-door, canvassing the area." Police have not yet released any report regarding the relationship between the victim and the shooter.
Officers were still at the scene late on Friday and had not yet identified the victim. No arrests have been announced.
