Samsung has developed a new product in just 30 gram, but capable of storing 1TB. The Samsung SSD T1 is much helpful for those who want to carry huge data in small space. The device will act as paradigm shift in the creation of light weight external hard drive.
The speedy device sports Samsung’s state-of-the-art 3D vertical NAND technology, and it is said to offer 450 mega byte per second with USB 3.0 and random read/write speeds of 8,000 inputs/outputs per second (IOPS) and 21,000 IOPS respectively.
The device’s price may soar in the market as it is believed to be above 10,000 rupees for 250GB version, and it will be around 35,000 RS for 1TB flavor. The hard drive comes with AES 256-bit hardware encryption with one user-set password.
